From an old Windy City icon to a new West Loop addition, this month’s newest additions to Uber Eats Chicago have tasty options that not only span the city, but also cuisines.

Tikkawala

This fast-casual restaurant made its West Loop debut in summer 2018, focusing on Indian fare with a touch of fine-dining flair. During lunchtime, expect a variety of handheld eats like samosas, chicken burger and fried chicken sandwich; for dinner, find a larger menu of mains that include chicken tikka masala, lamb rogan Josh and saag paneer, all served with basmati rice.

Scatchell's Beef and Pizza

The Cicero standby has been around since 1953 and continues to draw sandwich lovers from all over with the other Chicago food icon: Italian beef. Get individual sandos —there’s also the option of sausage or hot dog—or order meat and bread by the pound for large groups. Pizza is also available along with Italian ices for dessert.

Elevated pub grub is the name of the game at this River North sports bar. Split shareable appetizers such as totchos (that’s tater tot nachos) and queso-stuffed pretzel sticks or jump straight into comfort-food mains with a unique twist. There’s a burger with Guinness-battered onion rings, flatbread topped with macaroni and cheese, and a carne asada sandwich piled high with grilled skirt steak, guacamole and pico de gallo.

True to its diner status, this restaurant near Midway Airport has something for everyone. The all-day breakfast menu runs the gamut from healthy (oatmeal) to traditional (Belgian waffles, omelette platters) to gut-busting (corned beef skillet, country fried steak and eggs). Afternoon and night-only menus are equally extensive, with a variety of wraps, sandwiches and burgers for lunch and plates of meatloaf, roast turkey and blackened chicken pasta for dinner.

Loop Soup

Soup and sandwiches are a pairing that never gets old. Located in the French Market, Loop Soup specialized in the always delicious combo, offering steamy bowls (chicken noodle, vegan tomato) to go with elevated grilled cheeses. Opt for the classic, featuring sharp cheddar on Texas toast, or take things up a notch with the Hama (Swiss, tomato, black forest ham), Fallbrook (muenster, avocado, turkey, bacon) or sweet-meets-savory Apple Pie (cheddar, Granny Smith apples, brown sugar, bacon).
