What does it cost?

Will I have to change the way my restaurant works?

Uber Eats operates alongside your in-house orders - designed to fit around you so there’s nothing you need to change. The only difference is that a courier will come to collect your food, taking it directly to your customers. Some restaurants find the data and customer feedback that Uber Eats provides particularly useful, helping them to adapt popular menu items accordingly.

What if my restaurant’s too busy to take Uber Eats orders?

We understand that customer traffic can fluctuate and can sometimes be unpredictable, which is why Uber Eats is designed to give you flexibility. You can pause the service and temporarily stop taking orders at any time. When things quieten down again in-store, simply un-pause and resume taking orders as normal.

What if I have a problem or a question about Uber Eats?
