Between them they had a solid set of skills, some serious guts and a truck load of passion.It all began late one night when they came up with an idea of opening up a pop-up jianbing joint embracing the Taiwanese culinary. After popping up in Kings Cross and Kirribilli weekend markets, the first hole-in-the-wall joint in Chippendale was soon opened. This jianbing joint concept was then never stopped.
