  • Pharaohs Mezzas

    • Hummus

      Served cold. The famous mouthwatering hummus is one dish shared by all the people of the region. A smooth thick mixture of mashed chickpeas, tahini(made from sesame seeds), oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
