This is one of our most popular sandwiches, slow-roasted chicken thighs marinated in our housemade sauce using crushed paste(lemongrass, shallots, and garlic). We pickle the carrots and daikon radish and fold in chopped fresh cilantro, cucumbers, jalapeños, and sriracha mayo into a toasted French roll. Typically our culinary team has a different take on the food concept. But this sandwich is so delicious, we wouldn't change a thing. The difference is in the quality of ingredients and labor of love.
The spiciness level is mild-medium. There is a slight kick to it but not overly spicy.
